What is the Trakking service?

Who can be a Trakking carrier?
We pre-screen and certify each trucking company to make sure they qualify to join our network. Trucking companies will need to comply with provincial/state and federal regulations and laws. We also monitor their ongoing performance, such as on-time rate, customer reaction, and rating. -
Can I get a quote for a shipment?
Yes, just enter the details of your shipment and we’ll show you the price before you book it. As you make changes, such as the number of containers you want to ship, the price will update in real time. If you have a project or additional requirements to discuss, please contact us at support@trakking.com. -
Can the quoted price change after I book the shipment?
The quoted price will only change if there is excessive wait time for the driver or if your shipment changes after it was booked. -
Can I select my own carriers?
If you have preferred carriers, we can prioritize them for your shipments. However, our technology automatically offers your shipment to the best carriers who have availability based on the current needs. -
How do I leave feedback about my experience?
Once the shipment is complete you may rate your experience from 1 to 5 stars and add a comment. We use the information to further improve the quality of carriers and pick the best trucking company for your next shipment. You can also send a note to support@trakking.com. -
How do I access Trakking?
Trakking can be accessed via the web at www.trakking.com. -
Is Trakking safe?
Trakking uses industry standard best practices to keep you and your data safe, including TLS security for network communications.

Who can be a Trakking carrier?
Any Carrier who has a valid MC Authority (or CA Authority for California) and insurance has the potential to become an authorized carrier with our platform. If you’re approved, we will provide you with all the information you need to use the platform, after which you can start to accept loads. -
What kind of trucks is Trakking looking for?
Currently, we are only looking for trucks capable of handling FTL containers. In the future, we will be expanding and as a result we will be looking for trucks of all types. -
Do trucking companies need smartphones?
Yes, trucking companies need drivers’smart phones to work with Trakking. We currently are in the iPhone® App store, and we will be on the Android™ Marketplace later. -
I downloaded the app, and it's not working!
You cannot use the app until you are authorized. Please sign up through the website and our onboarding team will be in touch. -
Will I need to use the Trakking app for all my shipments?
Yes, you need to use the Trakking driver app for all shipments you accept through Trakking. -
Once I sign up, when can I start carrying freight?
You can begin carrying freight once you are authorized. Sign up through the website to begin the onboarding process. -
Is Quick Pay available?
We do not offer Quick Pay, and in fact, you do not need it with Trakking. We will transfer payment within 14 days. -
Who do I call if I have a problem with the shipment?
Our Support Team is available to help you with any issue you may have. Email support@trakking.com or call Toll Free number? 1-888-672-3811. Our hours of operation are 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday. Trakking offices are closed on weekends and some federal holidays. -
What if I get a bad star rating on a shipment?
Trakking requires all customers to rate each trucking company on a shipment by shipment basis. Trucking companies will be provided with all ratings received from customers.
